Maximilian Motorsports is hiring *experienced technicians.* Techs are responsible for delivering professional service to our customers and ensuring quality service and repairs. An interest in hybrid vehicles is preferred, but not required. ASE certification is a plus, but not required. An interest in cars is a must. 2 year auto industry experience is required. Below is a list of qualifications.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to document work performed
- Follow company standards on vehicle care and operation
- Able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Be able to lift, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents ( such as procedure manuals, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols)
- Basic computer skills
